The Morguard Sunstone Real Estate Fund issued its final distribution  to unitholders on June 28, 2013. The fund was terminated July 2, 2013.

The Fund completed its final day of trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange (the “TSX”) on June 21, 2013 and has now been delisted from the TSX
